We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives of Amazon Global Selling . The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing marketing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across global selling products.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop GTM strategy and plan campaigns for organic channels across homepage placements, email, social, push notifications.
2. Report performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle.
3. Manage all performance reports, weekly/monthly business reviews, and stakeholder updates
4. Build and maintain dashboards to track traffic, engagement and operational metrics
5. Ensure data accuracy, tracking integrity, and reporting consistency across tools
6. Handle OPEX tracking for marketing initiatives
7. Standardize processes, create SOPs, and improve operational efficiency
8. Demonstrate strong ownership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making
9. Lead weekly/monthly reviews with Sales, BI, Content and Product stakeholders
