Growth Marketing Manager Job Description: We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize integrated marketing initiatives for Sage Intacct across targeted verticals in the U.S. market. You will develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs, partnering closely with Product Marketing and Sales to drive measurable growth and pipeline impact. This is a strategic individual contributor role for a proactive, analytical marketer who understands how to influence and track performance through the full buyer journey — from lead capture to MQLs and on to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (Ponce City Market) Minimum Qualifications: • 5 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS environment. • Proven ability to deliver and optimize marketing programs across the full funnel – from lead to SQO. • Experience in paid search, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content syndication • Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI (or similar tools) for marketing performance analysis and reporting. • Strong command of KPIs related to lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI. • Experience partnering with SDRs and Sales to improve lead handoff and qualification. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable translating data into business insights. • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to key verticals, aligned with go-to-market priorities. • Own full-funnel marketing performance – from lead generation through MQL, SQL, and SQO – optimizing for conversion at each stage. • Identify funnel performance gaps and recommend targeting, messaging, or sequencing adjustments to improve outcomes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDRs to align on audience, messaging, and vertical strategy. • Activate multi-channel programs across paid search, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content syndication, and webinars. • Utilize performance dashboards to monitor results; report regularly on marketing initiative outcomes, including MQL volume and conversion rates, and marketing’s contribution to pipeline. • Conduct performance reviews of marketing efforts and forecast future outcomes based on data insights. • Champion continuous improvement and process optimization in marketing workflows.
