Growth Manager - Cross Sells & Value Ladder
A client with Kforce is seeking a Growth Manager and Value Leader to join their team onsite in Mountain View CA. Responsibilities: * Translate journey insights into targeted cross-sell opportunities that would be delivered in partnership w/ Product, Commercialization, GTM and other key partners * Define technical requirements for personalization initiatives & experiments to guide users through a value ladder, increasing their engagement and utilization of relevant ecosystem features * Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Commercialization, Go-To-Market, Analytics, and Product teams to build and scale these growth levers * Increased Cross-Sell Conversion Rates: Drive measurable improvements in the rate at which users adopt certain offerings and vice-versa * Optimized Customer Pathways: Develop and refine in-product pathways that effectively move customers towards higher-value actions and deeper ecosystem engagement * Improved Funnel Metrics: Show clear improvements in activation, engagement, and conversion rates at critical points in the ecosystem journey
