Role and Responsibilities

Business key drivers identification, quantification and optimization for effective growth.Identify new sources of business growth opportunities.Identify company cost-to-serve and productivity opportunity and drive optimization to improve efficiency.Leverage LLM and GenAI solution to drive business process more automated, digitalized and optimized.Data & Analytical framework creation, unification and simplification.

Qualifications

Expert in Python, SQL, Data Mining, have deep understanding of the logic & interpretation of Machine Learning algorithms (Linear Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Bagging, etc)Apply thorough technical knowledge to massive datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building. Design and development of scaled algorithms.Strong logical thinking, communication and influence skill. Being able to drive analytical/algorithm findings and insights activated in real business environment via. effective communicating to and influence senior leaders and multifunctional teams.Familiar with LLM and GenAI solutions and understand how to leverage GenAI to solve business questions.Strong learning capability and agility. Business analysis, computer science, statistics, math, econometrics, financial engineering and related majors are preferred.Top education background is preferred.Top eCom or FMCG company experience is a plus.
