Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Consultant! 

The Growth Consultant leads activities and acquires inputs from cross-functional teams across the organization in order to develop, design, and ultimately execute the delivery of solutions during opportunity management. The Growth Consultant will manage the design of solutions during the sales and proposal process. They will define solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, or location. Growth Consultant will lead this effort through market research, localized insights gained from the market, and by working with other teammates.

Lead cross functional teams to identify appropriate measures and approaches, develop budgets and pricing, and document impacts that support solution design. 

Take ownership of complex analyses, working with limited direction while delivering high quality work in time pressured situations. 

Present to clients as needed, drawing on prior experience in client facing roles to communicate clearly and confidently. 

Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams—including business development, operations/delivery, engineering, marketing, and information technology—to drive shared accountability and achieve organizational performance goals. 

Apply significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related technologies to guide sound decision making and solution development. 

 

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

5+ years’ experience Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience:  

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or complete energy and environmental studies  Demonstrated expertise in demand side management program design, evaluation and utility needs in regulated energy markets  Demonstrated expertise in modelling concepts and expertise in excel and PowerBI  Strong financial and market analysis experience and the ability to organize, document and present results in a clear and coherent fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Knowledge of all disciplines required to deliver solutions designed, along with the capacity to add value across the chain of resources required to deliver those programs.  Bachelor's degree in environmental science, energy analysis, building science, architecture, engineering, statistics, economics, or studies that have a basis in analysis are preferred  Experience and demonstrated success with leveraging Artificial Intelligence to deliver efficiencies  Proven ability to lead process flow mapping 

Compensation Range

$83,000.00 - $124,600.00
