Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups Co-Ordinator

Ensure the smooth running of all administration and execution of all planned Room only groups

Effectively manage the Groups inventory to maximise revenues

Provide friendly and knowledgeable show rounds with prospect clients

Utilise all in-house booking system to manage your bookings

Manage Group travel enquiries

Provide written confirmation such as proposals and contracts according to clients requirements and the hotels standards

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional group experiences. Ideally, you bring previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment, where you have a strong understanding of group bookings, event coordination, and guest service standards.
