Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, professional and timely hospitality in every client interaction, managing groups, meetings and events enquiries from initial contact through to signed contract in line with Hilton brand standards and timelines
Handle all internal and external conference and events leads across all channels (in person, email and phone), progressing enquiries from initial proposal through to final contract in line with Hilton timelines
Maintain accurate client profiles and event information within Delphi, ensuring best practice, data accuracy and seamless documentation including BEOs, rooming lists and group orders
Build strong client relationships by understanding individual needs, providing tailored solutions and identifying upselling opportunities that enhance the overall event experience
Support successful event delivery through Tours of Inspection, effective handovers, inter-departmental communication and acting on client feedback to drive repeat business
About You:
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
A motivated admin guru who is physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
A customer-focused and team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised and detail-driven, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Process-driven mindset with strong administrative capability at the core
Confident working independently while taking full ownership of your responsibilities
A strong team player who supports the GM&E and Commercial team to achieve shared goals
Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging across departments and with both internal and external stakeholders
