Are you passionate about supporting children and families? We’re seeking a dedicated Group Work Facilitator to join our Early Childhood Services team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support through supported playgroups, parenting courses, group work, and home visits—all within an integrated service delivery model.

Your Opportunity
Client-Centered Support:Tailor services to meet individual client needs through playgroups, parenting programs, and home visits.Integrated Service Delivery:
Collaborate with local services to strengthen referral pathways and advocate for best outcomes.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate client records and statistical data in line with legislative and funding requirements.Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing learning through training, forums, and courses.Safety Culture:
Promote a safe and tidy work environment, actively participating in safety initiatives and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to lead and facilitate parenting groups using evidence-based programs.Experience planning and running supported playgroups.Strong communication skills, especially with CALD and Aboriginal communities.Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.A current Driver’s License.Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Sciences, Counselling, Early Childhood, or Social Welfare.Experience in child development, effective parenting strategies, and group facilitation.Some background in case management is desirable.
