Job Description:
CUSTOMER
Lead a team of vendor management professionals that manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPMLAct as a key reference point and subject matter expert to the team on relevant frameworks, policies and standardsAct as escalation point and/or coordinate resolution of escalated issuesEnsure each vendor manager on team has obtained appropriate training based on their job accountability, including onboarding training if requiredMay act as a Lead Vendor Manager, consolidating an enterprise view of the relationship with a Third Party in support of the Accountable ExecutiveOversee the set up and onboarding of Third Parties post contract execution including the implementation of the governance structure and interaction models between key TD and Third Party stakeholdersMaintain strong relationships with Third Parties and internal stakeholdersEnsure integrity in dealing with Third Parties, complying with TD's Expense Policy, Enterprise Procurement Policy, Vendor Management Policy and Code of Conduct and EthicsFocus on continuous improvements to facilitate entering into Third Party Business Arrangements and promote effective deliverySHAREHOLDER
Ensure team manages Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML, in alignment with relevant frameworks, policies and standardsAssess / identify key issues relating to a Third Party's performance against SLAs, SLOs, KPIs or other contractual commitments and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders and business management where requiredEnsure team is identifying issues and monitoring trends with a Third Party in a responsive manner, to reduce risk in alignment with TPRM Policies and related StandardsEnsure team is documenting Third Party risk issues, as per the TPRM Issues Management process and standards and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followedOversee or lead the facilitation and/or implementation of remediation plans to address Third Party risk issuesLead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situationsProtect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk Business Arrangements or issues as necessaryMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteEnsure employees are knowledgeable; and assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of ConductEMPLOYEE / TEAM
