Group Sales Manager-Small Market

We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent. The Small Market Group Sales Manager is an individual who has experience with the sales process, managing a quota, and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms under 100 on peak night, meeting space and other Hyatt services to group customers, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, and solicits and generates business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilizes Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate. The Small Market Group Sales Manager will also participate in event meetings, sales and other staff meetings. The Small Market Group Sales Manager also works as a team member with the sales and catering staff in close contact with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff. The salary range for this position is $76,700 - $95,900. This is the salary range the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay for this role. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
