We are seeking a Group Reward Specialist to join our Head Office based in Paris. 

 

--> JOB PURPOSE:

The Reward Specialist contributes to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies across the entire worldwide global scope of the Group, working closely with the Reward team and network to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with regulations. The reward specialist helps deliver effective reward solutions that support the attraction, motivation, and retention of talent across the organization

 

--> PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Compensation and Benefits Management :

Provide support to the team in the preparation, organization, and follow-up of the annual salary review campaigns for the different populations Contribute to the deployment and management of bonus, variable compensation, and long-term incentive (LTI) plans Participate in the proposal of compensation packages in collaboration with the reward and operational HR teams Support the management of employee benefits (health insurance, life insurance, supplementary pension, profit-sharing, etc.

Job Grading and Architecture:

Participate in the deployment and update of the job grading and job architecture Contribute to the definition and evolution of the grading governance Provide support to train and support the HR teams and recruiters on job grading

Benchmarking and Competitiveness Analysis:

Participate in benchmark surveys on job evaluation and compensation methodologies Answer to benchmark analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation Contribute to the definition and deployment of compensation ranges

Long term Incentives management:

Support the yearly LTIP campaign Contribute to the annual vesting process of previous LTIP Answer to benchmark analyses to ensure the competitiveness of compensation Contribute to the definition and deployment of compensation ranges

Pay Equity & Compliance:

Contribute to regular analysis to identify and address gender pay gaps, promoting pay equity and compliance with regulations (notably in EU) Support transparent pay reporting processes and communication strategies to foster a culture of fairness Produce all necessary analysis to ensure full compliance of reward practices with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Expertise and Support:

Participate in cross-functional projects related to compensation and benefits Provide expertise and support to HR teams on these topics Contribute and support the formalisation of Compensation related topics for Universal Registration Document (as BV is a French listed company).

International Mobility:

Contribute to salary simulations for international mobility Participate in the monitoring and support of employees on international assignments

External providers (consulting groups, tax advisers, …) Professional reward network

 

 

--> SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4 to 6 years of C&B experience, preferably in an international group Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Rigor and sense of confidentiality/integrity in handling sensitive data Autonomous, with convictions and a collaborative mindset Organization, and project management abilities Adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving regulations and company needs Fluency in English and French Proficiency in using office tools (Excel) and compensation management systems (experience with Success Factor is a plus)
