This is a full-time hourly based position working Monday - Friday. 

What will I be doing?

Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.Works with the revenue team to set up pricing and inventory for groups utilizing OnQ and ensuring accuracyCommunicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.Provides clerical support and assistance to management.

What are we looking for?

Previous administration/coordination or front office experience preferred Hotel industry preferred OnQ experience preferredRevenue or Reservation experience preferred Microsoft Excel experience required
