Brand differentiation within the Therapy space
Achieve brand Sales and EI targetsUndertake minimum 5 days of fieldwork per month to capture insights and field feedbackPrepare monthly reports analyzing market trends, competitor sales and Abbott forecastsConduct research as per the brand need and therapy requirements (on advise of therapy marketing manager)Brand marketing strategy and campaign execution
Preparing VAFs, LBLs and other promo material for brand communication and marketing (work effectively with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders for the same)Effectively collaborate with sales team and training team to communicate brand strategyFacilitate CSM and other sales meetings to drive brand strategyComplete essential documentation (ARFs/ PSAs / Camp certification) for brand related activitiesEnsure compliance and process adherence
Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field forceEffectively coordinate with other functional areas within organization e.g. Medical, Training, Promo team, Supply Chain, Finance etc.EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Graduate in Science / PharmacyExperience:
Pharmaceutical Product Management experience of 5+ years in MNCExposure to managing Key Accounts / dealing with Key Opinion LeadersExperience in managing new launches preferableSkill:
Excellent Communication SkillsFunctional and technical knowledge on therapy areas owned and other therapies in the DivisionDemonstrates creativity, innovation and drive for resultsAbility to influence, lead and work with cross functional teamsAnalytical skills and good financial acumenProblem solving and decision making skillsPlanning and organizing skills for short term and long termTime management and multi-tasking skills
