**The Opportunity**
Hyatt is currently seeking to add a Group Platform Manager to support the global HSIA & IoT Systems product line. This role has both strategic and operational responsibilities, along with interaction with customers. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the delivery and support of HSIA & IoT Systems services to our customers and partners worldwide. This role requires strong experience and in-depth knowledge in managing a variety of HSIA & IoT Systems vendors and their Platforms. This role will be highly technical, with strategic product line and program responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in these technologies and someone who can partner with customers and vendors to keep up with current technology changes. Their goal will be to ensure that this platform consistently delivers a high-quality, secure, and stable guest experience across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Group Platform Director, this is also a managerial role overseeing the development, prioritization, execution, and delivery of the HSIA & IoTSystems Platform in working with multiple internal stakeholders within Product, Design, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Field Services. **The Role**
**•Provide strategic direction to the overall organization on the HSIA & IoT Systems** **Platforms. Including but not limited to Guest Room Management Systems, Employee Duress Systems, Location-Based Services, Voice-Activated Systems, etc.**
**•Update and maintain global HSIA & IoT Systems Standards quarterly on the Global Technical Standards (GTS) site in working with various stakeholders**
**•Liaise with field services leaders to identify regional requirements and adapt the HSIA & IoT Systems strategy**
**•Evaluate current and new HSIA & IoT Systems vendors and oversee their certification process**
**•Manage all technical and commercial aspects of the HSIA & IoT Systems Product Line**
**•The main point of contact at Hyatt corporate for all matters related to HSIA & IoT Systems Services**
**•Support all Managed and Franchise hotels as they relate to HSIA & IoT Systems Platform**
**•Liaise with Hyatt’s Product and Design team in overseeing the migration of HSIA & IoT Systems** **into Cloud as a service**
**•Oversee the development and integration with the World of Hyatt Loyalty Application to deliver best-in-class in-room guest experience**
**•Work jointly with Digital Product, Design, and Technology teams to deliver outcome-based experiences**
**•Work jointly with the Cyber Security team to ensure data network policies are enforced globally and IoT & AI networks remain compliant at all times**
**•Conduct RFPs as necessary for programs related to HSIA & IoT Systems Platforms**
**•Establish MSA, SLA, and other global agreements for HSIA & IoT Systems Platforms**
**•Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values**
**Qualifications:**
**Experience**
•Experience managing HSIA & IoT Systems portfolio
•Experience managing strategic vendor relationships
•Experience with the design and implementation of complex HSIA & IoT Systems
•Experience in successfully managing /leading technical teams and ability to deliver on strategic priorities
•Advanced knowledge of HSIA & IoT Systems
•Understanding of network management, security, and monitoring
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Flexible to work on/off shift to meet company, customer, and internal requirements
•Detailed documentation skillset
•CCNP or similar experience preferred
•Cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, or similar)
•Knowledge of API and Integration development between the HSIA & IoT Systems and the loyalty platform
**Education**
•Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred; concentration in Computer Science or comparable field

The salary range for this position is $110,000 -145,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
_The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate._
