Job DescriptionReporting to the Group Transformation Director you will be responsible to design, implement and lead the Culina’s Operational Excellence (OE) strategy.
You will work with the groups business units and stakeholders to establish and implement a strategy that unifies and shifts the businesses culture towards delivering excellence. You will drive the creation of tools that allow assessment of current organisational capabilities, improvement areas and will support the businesses in delivering their improvement targets.
This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of Culina on it’s road towards oneCulina that is driven by excellence and continuous improvement.
This role is for a fixed term of 24 months. The role is scoped to be full time during the first 12-18 months, then part time for up to 12 months (60%). Deliverables have a max 18 months horizon with a 6 months bedding in period.

Design and Implement OE Strategy: Work with the business to develop and execute a comprehensive Operational Excellence strategy aligned with oneCulina’s business goalEnhance OE Visibility Across the Business: Promote OE initiatives across all business units, creating platforms to share best practices and track performance improvements.Standardise OE Approach and Benefits Tracking: Roll out a consistent methodology for OE / CI projects, including tools for tracking benefits and measuring impact.Launch and Scale Repeater Projects: Identify, initiate, and scale standardised CI projects that can be replicated across sites and functions.Team Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the OE & CI team, ensuring alignment and capability development.Drive for Enterprise Excellence: Expand Excellence into all areas of the organisation, promote a culture change (top down) and a capability improvement (bottom up) levelling up colleagues and managers alike.
