Job DescriptionSupport dashboards focused on production activities and client operationsDashboard development and maintenance with experience in PowerBi, Tableau and SpotfirePerform review of scientific data to develop new dashboards and maintain existing dashboards across various platformsCoordinate activities and support client-facing meetingsPresent data in client facing meetings and address stakeholder needs for improved visualizationsEnsure compliance with SOPs; report any quality or other anomaliesParticipate in required training activities

Leadership Responsibilities:

Coordinate, support, and monitor performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are metCoordinate with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelinesSet individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the teamManage time off and payroll entries of the teamMay participate in new hire interviewsSupport the on-boarding process of new employeesParticipate in training of other employees

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related disciplineMastery of PowerBi, Tableau and Spotfire with ability to troubleshootExperience with PythonAbility to query data in SQL1+ years of customer or client-facing experience 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of process operations Professional leadership experience Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitaskAbility to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracyCandidates located within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply Authorization to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship

Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Compensation range is based on experience $32-40.#LI-EB1
