QualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related degree concentration.6+ years of microbiology lab experience, including environmental monitoring in a GMP-regulated setting.6+ years of experience leading technical or laboratory teams.Strong knowledge of microbiological testing, EM protocols, and lab compliance standards.Proven ability to coach staff, manage lab operations, and drive team performance.
