DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates assembly and packing operations within the assigned area.Follow up and control key daily indicator such as efficiency, conversion loss, production plan, manufacturing defects, start up, change over, Downtime etc.Communicate all situations that may impact the KPI to the immediate supervisor.Support training to new associates and rotation program according to requirements. Coordinates and execute manufacturing setup according to line balancing work sheet.Ensure compliance with absenteeism policies.Keep visual management updated and on time.Maintain the level of inventory in process "WIP" within the established levels.Identify improvement opportunities that help and promote work area development.Ensure discipline and organization (6S).Ensure full respect for safety regulations and report any unsafe acts in the area.Prepare, complete and verify documents with GDP as required in the area assigned including documentation of Downtimes.Ensure compliance in batch records according to SOPs. This information includes but is not limited to process parameters, line clearance, amount of production, and others.Ensure that batch records are sent to the next operation once the manufacturing process is completed, ensuring that they do not exceed the established Lead Time.Coordinate and provide safety equipment to all associate if necessary.Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements.Observed confidentiality and data privacy rules at all time.Maintain completed, upload and verified the visual management data as required in the area Assigned.Ensure compliance with GMP standards.Learn and practice basic ergonomic principles to reduce job-related discomfort and injuries.Be knowledgeable of all the associated risks and environmental aspects of his/her area and support the identification of new risks.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Student of Industrial engineering, Business Administration o related area. 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing and on process operation.Disponibilidad para laborar de 11:00PM a 7:00AM.

LANGUAGE:

English knowledge (Basic oral and writing)

QUALIFICATIONS:

PC Skills, Strong verbal and written communications skills.  Knowledge of corporate specifications and plant standard operating procedures. Knowledge of bill of material process. Must have good documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills.
