Do you have a passion for leadership, regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational efficiency? Join Bosch Digital and become a key driver of excellence as our new Group Leader – Contract and Regulatory Manager within our Regulatory Excellence business unit.

Your Responsibilities:

As Group Leader, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of contract and regulatory services, leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 associates in Poland. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on regulatory expertise. 

🔧 Key Tasks:

Lead and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring strong collaboration with target managers from various departments.

Own and manage key regulatory services:

Contract Management Tool – manage the full contract lifecycle.NDA Services – oversee NDA creation, coordination with legal and export control teams.Signature Processes – ensure compliance with internal regulations.Regulatory Monitoring – assess and integrate new internal and external regulatory requirements.

Develop tools and processes to optimize regulatory task management.

Drive cross-unit management initiatives, including:

Business planningBenchmarkingAutomation projectsPerformance controlling

Qualifications

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you bring a rare blend of leadership, regulatory, and technical insight.

💡Requirements:

Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results through others.Solid understanding of legal and IT topics.Deep knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance.Strong track record in performance management and process optimization.Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.University degree in Law, IT, Business Management, or a comparable discipline.Fluent in English – written and spoken.
