The Group Hotel Financial Director leads and coordinates all finance activities across the hotel portfolio, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong financial governance. This role provides strategic oversight of hotel-level finance functions, drives standardisation, and supports both current operations and future hotel integrations. Acting as a key link between property-level teams and ownership, the position ensures high-quality financial reporting and robust internal controls across the group.

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight of hotel and cluster-level finance operations across the portfolioPartner closely with on-property finance managers to ensure alignment and supportDevelop, implement, and standardise finance processes, policies, and reporting frameworksReview monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgetsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reportingMaintain compliance with local regulations, tax obligations, and audit requirementsEstablish and oversee strong internal control structuresContribute to the holding / hotel business division functionsConsolidate financial results at group levelPrepare management reports and owner-level financial summariesSupport cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost optimisationProvide financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in finance, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multi-site environmentsBackground working with hotel finance teams and ownership groupsStrong skills in financial controlling, reporting, and internal control systemsSolid understanding of USALI standardsConfident communicator able to collaborate across operational and executive levels
