Position Overview As a Direct Support Professional across their various programs, you will play a vital role in providing services to adults with developmental disabilities and severe and persistent mental illness. You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help individuals thrive in their communities. The Direct Support Personnel I works directly with the resident and provides supports for activities of daily living and adaptive skills. The Direct Support Personnel I should follow the guidance of the resident/ patients Individual Service Plan.
