The core responsibilities of this role include:

\n\nArrive 15 minutes before the start of their shift and stay 15 minutes over ensuring coverage on each ULF.\nSee operations lead or supervisor to get latest schedule and post on both boards.\nWalk the lines and identify any issues that may arise or additional operators that are needed.\nAssign work to operators on their respective shifts ensuring all ULFs are covered. If outgoing shift lead is off ensure next shift has a coverage plan. (Stay until there a plan for coverage on each ULF)\nKeep track of any issues that arise during their shift and report them to the shift supervisor, detailing the Issue, Action, and ETA for resolution.\nWhen a ULF or sorter goes down, report the issue to the Shift Supervisor or B&G maintenance with the necessary details (Issue, Action, Time machine/belt down, ETA for repair).\nEnsure that all work areas are cleaned up if a crash occurs or if products need to be sorted assign specific tasks. Check all areas for any product left in ULFs or on conveyors and clear these for putaway.\nEnsure operators are cleaning up bottles/cases, sort products and ensure they are placed in appropriate locations. Assist operators as needed to avoid disruptions.\nEnsure that good cases can be re-boxed or taped/re-taped as needed.\nMonitor supply levels of pallets, slip sheets, machine wraps, printer labels, tape and tape guns.\n\n

Position: Third (3rd) Shift Group Coordinator
Shift: 9:45pm –; 6:15am, Monday-Friday
Pay: 22.25 per hour

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct training for new associates.Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

6-12 months warehouse experience6-12 months forklift operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
