\nRole: Group Coordinator Lead
\nPay: 23.25
\nShift: Monday - Friday - 7am - 3pm
\nThe core responsibilities of this role include:
\n\nPerform cycle counts on a weekly basis to ensure inventory is accurate and have them input in a timey manner.\nCarry out donor return process every week for space optimization in transfer lanes.\nEnsure any return pallets sitting on lines/floor are put-away properly by coordinating with forklift operators.\nAct as a backup for forklift operators, taskers, line leaders when needed.\nImprove/suggest with line setups and line layouts to ensure lines are run effectively working with shift supervisors.\nHelp with incoming corrugate offloading and put-aways on a regular basis.\nAssist with returns and put-aways if a WO is complete to ensure lines are cleared off timely.\nAssist in handling broken pallets and its returns.\nCycle count slip sheets and corner guards often as required by the management.\nCycle count consumable once a month or as needed.\nPerform pallet aging report to ensure old pallets are consumed first on production lines.\nOther duties as assigned by the management.\nRole Purpose:
Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct training for new associates.Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.Required Education and Experience:
6-12 months warehouse experience6-12 months forklift operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferrOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
