What You'll Be Doing
Lead global strategy and negotiations for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME), including capital procurement, leasing, and OEM parts.
Collaborate with regional and country teams to align procurement goals and identify bundling opportunities for cost savings.
Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to develop KPIs and optimize sourcing decisions.
Manage North American HME procurement operations, ensuring vendor compliance, performance tracking, and technical support coordination.
Drive digital sourcing initiatives and support ESG goals through sustainable procurement practices.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety, trade, and industry standards.
Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Competency Centers, Finance, and Operations to align procurement with business priorities.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 8 years experience in procurement, equipment sourcing, and supplier management within industrial or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of heavy mobile equipment, including capital procurement, leasing, and OEM parts.
Skilled in market analysis, cost modeling, and developing data-driven sourcing strategies.
Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage vendor performance, and drive cost optimization.
Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
High adaptability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support global procurement operations.
Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment with a mix of office and field-based responsibilities. Collaboration across procurement, operations, and technical teams is essential. Occasional travel to plant and supplier locations is expected.
