The Job Role

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

Specifically you will:

Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenueBe in contact with the customer from initial enquiry until completion of the contracting stageSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the TeamManage an events schedule to maximise yieldFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approachBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needsArrange and carry out Hotel show roundsEnsure the complete administration and execution of some planned eventsParticipate in hotel promotional activities
