Job Responsibility + * Maintains and cares for Medical Center's grounds, shrubbery and landscaping. + * Maintains general cleanliness of all exterior areas including parking lots. + * Operates, maintains and makes repairs and/or adjustments to heavy equipment including mobile sweeper, backhoe, cherry picker, snow plows and pick-up truck.Operates, maintains and repairs other equipment such as lawn mowers, sprinklers, hedge shears, snow blower, brushes, etc. + * Removes snow and treats icy surfaces. + * Serves as a member of the Fire Response Team. + Performs related duties, as required. *ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification + High School Diploma or equivalent, required. + Previous professional grounds-keeping experience, required. + Driver's license and ability to operate standard shift, required. + Ability to operate heavy equipment, industrial lawn mowers and other industrial grounds-keeping machinery and vehicles. + Ability to transport heavy plants, bushes, shrubs, machinery, etc. + Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions. ***Additional Salary Detail** The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
