Job Skills / Requirements Minimum Qualifications + 1 Years of Groundskeeping Experience. Familiarity with building grounds operations. 5. Good people skills. 6. Ability to interface with customer personnel essential. 7. Customer relations may be a part of the Groundskeeping. 8. Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform routine physical activity associated with grounds maintenance. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Extensive repeated twisting and stooping required. Visual acuity to the extent that the person can see debris on the lawns, which includes trash or other small items in the grass, etc., is required. Must possess the ability of hearing, speaking, reading, and understanding the English language and in some cases, Spanish, to the extent that the person can communicate with employees in person and on the phone The same ability will apply to customer communications.
