Job Description • Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance: • Off cycle trimming and blowing of debris. • Regularly clean and maintain water features. • Remove weeds, dead plants, leaves, and debris. • Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed. • Equipment Operation & Maintenance: • Operate power washers, leaf blowers, and various personal mobile equipment. • Ensure compact operations by monitoring for miss-use and capacity levels. • Maintain, clean and repair small motor equipment. • Haul trash and recycling to compacting areas. • Facility Support: • Assist with minor maintenance and repair projects. • Support event setup and breakdown. • Strip parking lots and painting equipment as directed. • Safety & Compliance: • Observe and report hazardous conditions. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local ordinances. • Respond to emergencies and remove unsafe conditions.
