Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the UK's market-leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will support them in ensuring our teams deliver our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services to deliver the exceptional every day. You will be responsible for supervising a team of grounds maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of service to the client, effectively planning maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment, overseeing winter maintenance operations, and leading by example to implement a positive health and safety culture.

What we are looking for includes a passion for working outdoors, someone prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment, and a good understanding of smartphone technology. Candidates should have experience in Grounds Maintenance and Gritting, supervisory experience, PA1 & PA6 spraying licence, and a full driving licence.
