What You'll Be Doing

Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipmentAssist with material handling and equipment operation as neededSupport plant operations by following safety and operational proceduresConduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concernsCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environmentWillingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and toolsStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a teamAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work areaFlexibility to work in varying weather conditions and shifts as neededConditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust meet all company safety and compliance requirements

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
