Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Maintain outdoor areas by weeding, trimming, edging, and pruning plants, trees, and shrubsPerform general lawn care, including watering, fertilizing, and mulching Plant and transplant flowers, bushes, and other greenery as neededAssist with minor irrigation system repairs and upkeepClean up leaves, litter, and debris using tools and gas-powered equipment like blowersGround Crew Level 1 Qualifications:
Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general outdoor maintenance preferredAbility to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, edgers)Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
