Main Responsibilities
Direct the operation of the Grocery Department, including Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer.
Supervise and train department personnel.
Manage ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising.
Handle customer relations and resolve complaints effectively.
Implement company and division merchandising policies.
Control shrink and prevent sale of out-of-code products.
Open and close the store; act as backup checker when needed.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies.
Implement emergency procedures for equipment or software malfunctions.
Oversee store operations in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
