Job Summary
As a Trainee in the Prime Financial Services Operations team under the GRaduate Industry Traineeship, you'll develop foundational skills within the operations business. You'll build your knowledge, network, and experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, making meaningful contributions while developing professional expertise. Gain insight into key business projects and initiatives across the firm and see how our businesses come together to serve clients globally.
Job Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding, renewal, and remediation requests, ensuring all required Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support business objectives and client experience initiatives.Work with business and technology teams to identify and document data requirements.Support the mapping and sourcing of data inputs for various projects.Help identify trends and patterns in data that are meaningful to the business and operations.Contribute to the development and implementation of data quality rules and frameworks.Collaborate with technology partners to ensure secure and controlled access to data.Participate in forums and discussions to promote a data-driven mindset within the operations team.Work with colleagues across different functions to help deliver project goals.Support the management of project timelines and deliverables.Learn to leverage GenAI and other innovative tools for solution design.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Graduation of 2024 through 2025 from bachelor’s or master’s program.All academic disciplines and majors are welcome.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ever-changing environments.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.A proactive, responsive team player who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working in teams to deliver results.
This role is intended to be for the GRIT Program and for an initial term of approximately 6 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
