Are you ready to go beyond? **What You Will Do:** + Plan, layout and perform the work necessary to carry out complicated projects for the machining of production and development hardware. + Carry out process tryouts, develop new equipment and processes, troubleshoot process issues and be able to train operators. + Ability to learn to operate cell equipment and processes to assist production in times of need. + Devise and develop new tooling, machining and fabrication methods to meet special one-time applications and perform repair work as assigned to support ongoing development of existing production programs and new product introduction. + Ability to perform MRL, Process Certification, and UPPAP tasks for the business unit including Gage R&R, audit requirements, learning Minitab, ProLink 4.0, and any other process requirements. + Perform similar duties to machine or fabricate production and development parts, assemblies and details and to assist in new process development work with engineering and others assigned to special projects where tooling and fixture modifications are required. + Maintain records and prepare drawings and special reports as required. + Refer unusual problems to project leader or supervisor as appropriate.
