**Job Title: Grinder Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating finish grinding machines, selecting specific speeds and feeds based on the materials used, and dressing the grinding wheels. It is climate-controlled, offering comfort during your shifts. We have one opening on the 1st shift, which runs from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Fridays. We also have an opening on the 2nd shift, from 3:00 PM to 12:15 AM Monday through Thursday and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Fridays. The 2nd shift includes a 10% shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
