At W Verbier, we're looking for our future grill master to join our vibrant team in the Brasserie 1519. If you have a talent for working with fire, flavor, and finesse, and are ready to deliver dishes that excite and delight our guests, we want to meet you! As a Grill Cook, you'll be specializing in preparing and cooking a variety of meats, fish, and vegetables on the Josper oven. Your role will include seasoning and grilling ingredients to perfection, managing cooking temperatures, ensuring top-quality presentation, and working closely with the kitchen team to create dishes that embody Mediterranean warmth and authenticity.
