Grill Cook-Food Service Worker (FL, Live Oak)FL, Live Oak At Five Star Breaktime Solutions dining center, a lead cook provides excellent quality meal options while cooking in a fast paced environment. Dining center cooks are responsible for ensuring that the highest standards met for all food prepared and served to the corporate dining client. Account Location: Pilgrims Pride (Live Oak, FL) Dining Center Cook responsibilities include: + Reads recipes and/or product directions. + Estimates food requirements. + Keeps records and requisition for supplies/equipment as needed. + Operates a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, seasons and knead foodstuffs for cooking, serving and storing. + Assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage. + Inspects workstations for compliance with service standards. + Will have cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables and meats + Complies with all HACCP and Health Department policies and procedures.
