Pine Canyon Club, a private 18-hole facility in Flagstaff, AZ, is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Agronomy team. We are looking to fill a full-time, seasonal position. Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping is a plus but is not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Typical schedule is an 8hr day (5am to 1:30). Seasonal demands of the golf calendar occasionally require workdays in excess of 10 hrs. Conversely, 5-hour shifts are also part of our schedule. Happy to discuss a schedule that works best for each potential new employee.   Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper: Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment Rakes and maintains sand bunkers. Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing. Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material. Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up). Assists with golf course set-up procedures. Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris. Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.). Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications for the Greenskeeper:  One-month related experience or training.  Must have a valid driver's license. Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance
