Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Participate in greenhouse planting, sampling, sample lyophilization and shipment, monitoring plant growth/health, pest control, pollination, harvest and drying, and seed processing operations, while ensuring seamless track and trace and minimizing errors
Perform all tasks in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety and stewardship related company policies and practices, including completing all required training courses and wearing proper PPE at all timesRegular and timely ad hoc communication with supervisors, and reporting any issues immediatelyOther tasks as assignedGreenhouse Technician Qualifications:
Preferred Experience with plant care, cultivation, or horticulture (professional or educational background preferred).Ability to work in varying climate conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise growing procedures and maintain accurate records.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
