Job Summary:
This family is seeking a friendly, and energetic part-time nanny housekeeper to support their home and growing family. The role is from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on childcare. Responsibilities include outings to the park, engaging the child in age-appropriate activities, preparing simple meals (some will already be prepped), bath time around 6 PM, and light housekeeping duties. The family may no longer keep their current cleaner, so general tidying and house upkeep will also be part of the role. Occasional babysitting would be appreciated. They have a cat, so someone pet-friendly is a plus.
The household is relaxed yet organised, and they are looking for someone who fits seamlessly into their calm environment. Mum is expecting her second child in late November and will be on maternity leave for nine months. She’s looking for someone with a proactive, “can-do” attitude to help during this important transition. A young, energetic person who is happy in a part-time role and not overly opinionated would suit them well. Driving isn’t essential but would be a bonus. They would love someone to start as soon as possible.

General Duties:

General housekeeping tasks (cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing, etc.) Keeping the child’s room clean, organised, and toy areas tidy Ensuring toys, puzzles, and playsets are complete and stored properly Meal prep for the child (Batch cooking) Bath time assistance, including brushing teeth (around 6 PM) Engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities (e.g., park visits, playtime, crafts) Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the child Household upkeep and routine maintenance tasks Occasional babysitting as needed

Candidate Requirements:

Proficient in English Warm, reliable, and energetic, with excellent attention to detail in maintaining a tidy and organised home. Experience with same age children Someone who fits well into a relaxed, respectful environment Driving is not essential, but would be a bonus Available to start as soon as possible
