**Job Purpose and Impact**
This position is playing a controlling tower role in a matrix organization, through evaluating the effectiveness of current distributor network (200+ scale) and optimizing the distribution channel. Also, this position will spend significant efforts on managing 1~2 strategic distributor and driving the business growth
**Key Accountabilities**
+ To setup a critical initiative of evaluating the effectiveness of current 150+ distributors across the product lines and consequently streamlining the distributor network to fit for Food GC business growth
+ To lead centralized management and guidance for strategic distributors (1~2 at the beginning) to grow with our key accounts across GC
+ To strengthen the performance management of the distributor discipline and the target achievement to lift up the distributor management standard and eventually to contribute to the Food GC business growth.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of five years of related work experience in KA sales management and/or sales operation/sales excellence
+ Work experience in the food industry or the supplier side of FMCG is preferred
