**Description** Job Title: Grease Recovery Operator- 3rd shift Location: Green Bay Reporting to: Environmental Supervisor **Essential Job Functions** : + Operate and monitor two pre-treatment DAF systems to collect #2 grease from plant wastewater + Monitor and operate melt tank and centrifuge equipment + Safely fill and load semi-tankers with #2 grease, including climbing on top of tankers when required + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations + Assist with wastewater processes and support continuous improvement initiatives + Other duties as assigned **Experience Required** : + Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or wastewater operations preferred but not required + Ability to work in hot environments and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, lifting, etc.) + Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn and complete wastewater certifications **Skills/Abilities Required** : + Strong work ethic and dependability + Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures + Willingness to learn wastewater operations and grow within the role + Flexibility to work 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed + Strong teamwork and communication skills **EOE/ Vets/Disability**
