GRE FM Program Manager DACH
**Introduction** Specifically for Germany: To be located in a Metro / Strategic Location (e.g. Dusseldorf or Berlin) and in charge with all locations within North Germany (ensure stand-in in case of need for the colleague responsible with the South Germany, etc.); represent GRE in front of and work on the Work Council requests in the operational area. Reports to and align on FM strategies with the EMEA FM Lead (Functional Lead) and CEE & DACH FM Manager (Country Manager). **Your role and responsibilities** GRE FM Program Manager DACH - key contact point to provide an integrated Facilities Management services across North Germany locations, who works / partners with stakeholders and FM Supplier to deliver services and meet all key performance indicators within the geographical area of responsibility; continuous focus on experiential, safety, compliance, and financial improvements. Appropriate reaction to all issues / incidents; liaise with relevant subject matter experts to ensure timely communication and deployment of policies and procedures. Accountable for ensuring the FSV team liaises closely with the wider team and prescribed operational procedures to ensure service standards are maintained (according to the contracted SLAs and KPIs); accountable for ensuring the yearly budget for regular maintenance & operations and repairs is met, for the covered locations. Ensure the liaison with key shared services business focal that are depended upon to deliver Facility Management, including Safety, CEA, Procurement, CIO and Security; Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Contracts for the issuance of purchase orders, invoice approval and change orders for all planned and unplanned and out of scope investment requirements. Coordinate with the Real Estate Strategy & Transactions team to proactively prepare spaces for usage and/or return to the landlords, in line with the critical lease dates; accountable to ensure that adequate risk mitigation solutions are in place, accordingly. Support implementation of WW guidelines and driven actions within the FM arena at the sites within responsibility. **Required technical and professional expertise** Communication/Negotiation Engaged as an independent professional. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions. Contribution/Leadership Works on special projects or manages routine technical/ operational activities. Understands departmental mission and vision. Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization. Part of the larger GRE FM group, it aligns own work priorities and methods requiring tradeoffs. Impact on Business/Scope Accountable for individual or team, or department results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities. Participates in overall departmental program planning. May have budgetary responsibility. Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses. **Preferred technical and professional experience** As per above, plus expertise - Engineer or similar /Facility Management /Supplier Relations - in the real estate area would be a value add.
