Senior Research Executive – Global Research Centre (GRC), Prague

At our Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague, we’re looking for a motivated and curious researcher to join our team as a Senior Research Executive. Don’t let the title mislead you—this role is a great opportunity for someone with a bit of experience who’s ready to grow. If you’ve worked with clients (internal or external), handled data, and contributed to delivering insights, this could be your next step.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of international marketing research projects for top global brands—helping them understand how their advertising performs and how to create stronger connections with people around the world. You'll be guided by experienced colleagues while gaining more independence in managing your own tasks and responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, wants to build meaningful client relationships, and is ready to develop further in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll start with a tailored onboarding and gradually take on more responsibility. Your work will include:

Supporting the delivery of international advertising or brand performance research projects across various sectors.Contributing to data analysis and helping transform results into clear and actionable insights.Communicating with internal and external clients in a professional and thoughtful way.Assisting in managing project timelines and ensuring high-quality outputs.Collaborating with global teams and learning how to independently run key parts of projects.Learning how to troubleshoot challenges and suggest potential solutions.Gaining exposure to different tools, research methods, and client needs.

Who you are:
We’re looking for someone with some relevant experience who’s ready to grow into a more independent role. Ideally, you have:

At least 1 year of experience working with clients (internal or external) and contributing meaningfully to projects.A natural curiosity and analytical mindset—you’re comfortable with data, surveys, and charts.Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and ask questions.The ability to manage time and tasks across different projects.Some experience in research, coordination, or client delivery.
