This role is defined to lead the regional S&OP planning and customer collaboration with commercial team, fulfill business development requirement, drive the E2E supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, the position is to orchestrate the business planning process around portfolio management, PIPO, sell out, sell through, sell in forecasting with commercial team, joint effort to optimize the trade stock healthy structure, work with upstream and downstream to drive PH inventory healthy and productivity, collaborate with internal and external to orchestrate relevant demand & supply, improve the customer demand fulfillment and consumer experience. **Responsibilities:** + Define and implement the demand planning strategy, supply strategy, inventory strategy to elevate the customer & consumer experience + Lead the monthly S&OP process for Greater China Region for rolling 18month demand forecast, understand the R&O to maximize the business result for each RBU, keep continuous improvement on the process and cadence effectiveness + Co-lead with commercial team to drive S&OE excellence, improve the forecast accuracy & Bias + Lead the planning analysis, deep dive monthly forecast accuracy, bias and service level failures for continuous improvement + Work with RBU team to manage the mid & long-term business plan, improve the Product LCM and PIPO process, and relevant cadence governance + Lead the SKU simplification and productivity, continuously work with RBU and commercial team to optimize the product portfolio and operation efficiency + Lead the PH inventory strategy and regular inventory healthy deep dive, keep continuous improvement on cash flow + Lead the Greater China and APAC parts demand and supply planning, the service and sales fulfillment around parts demand + Lead the Top customers or selected channel engagement from supply chain function, orchestrate the Collaborated Planning Forecasting Replenishment, drive the E2E supply chain visibility and value creation to customers + Engage with global planning team to influence the supply strategy, sourcing strategy and supply network optimization, inventory strategy, planning system and process evolvement, lead planning team to get right product supply at right timing with right volume + Coach and develop team capability, figure out the area for elevation like business acumen, planning capability, project management, etc., invest the young talent development **Requirements:** + Strategic thinking, have regional business point of view to develop and shape relevant supply chain strategy + Strong business acumen and customer centricity focus, experience of China key retailer collaboration both online and omni channels + Seasoned people leader cross China, HK, TW or any other Asia countries + Excellent IBP or S&OP framework knowledge, +10 years of regional IBP or S&OP leader in MNC company, APICS, CSCP, or Supply chain professional certification required + Excellent data analysis skill, including pareto analysis, ABC segmentation, skilled in relevant analyzing tools and technology to propose action driven analysis, embedded with best practice from industry + Skilled EPR planning system knowledge and experience, strong process driven and orchestration + Excellent communication and articulation skill, Strong stakeholder management, problem solving capability, growth mindset + Excellent English skill for daily communication and formal presentation + Master degree, major in supply chain, business management, or related area **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
