We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven GRC & Internal Audit Technology Associate to join our GRC & IA team in Athens.

Assess the secure and reliable operation of complex IT Systems and evaluate to what extent these effectively support the relevant business processes 

Assess Internal Control Systems against recognized industry standards and suggest actions to improve control effectiveness and process optimization 

Apply data analytics to evaluate and optimize business and IT operations 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts 

Contribute to the development of our client and product portfolio 

  

What you bring matters 

Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier University with background in IT, computer science, mathematics, engineering or related discipline. At least one of the degrees must be within the technology related field  

0 - 2  years of relevant experience 

Basic knowledge of current and emerging technologies and platforms including Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), enterprise-wide applications (SAP 4/HANA, Oracle , etc.), Cloud Services 

A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels  

Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style  

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek) 

Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

Ability to synthesize multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view 

Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally   

A relevant professional qualification (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, CISM, ISO Certifications, Azure, ITIL, etc.) will be considered as an advantage 

Experience with Data Analytics and visualizations tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Celonis will be considered as an advantage
