About This Opportunity We are looking for a Senior GRC Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, & Compliance team! In this position, you will report to our Vice President of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk. Your primary role is to provide highly skilled technical and information expertise for development, implementation and continued support of the governance, risk and compliance tool and supporting processes. Your main responsibilities require leadership and project management experience, as well as expertise to ensure effective processes in supporting the GRC process. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess: Excellent reputation for integrity and teamwork. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong desire to create this role in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of information systems and audit and processes. Preferred location of Atlanta, GA or St. Pete, FL, but fully remote will be considered for any strong candidate. Responsibilities Day-to-day management of the GRC tool - AuditBoard - and supporting processes Perform continuous reviews of functionality vs requirements Develop and implement a plan to enhance and maximize utilization Deliver technical advice, assistance and instructions Communicate and interact with users across all functions Day-to day management of issue management Special projects for Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management Support the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate policies, standards and charters. This includes facilitating the review, update, approval and publishing of all governance documents. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT Compliance, Audit and/or Risk Management Experience with AuditBoard preferred, or similar GRC tools Experience of GRC implementation, processes, and practices Experience working with and implementing GRC tools and processes Experience creating and maintaining IT policies, standards, guidelines, and procedure documents BS/BA degree ideal OR equivalent certifications and experience CISA, CIA, or other security or technical certifications highly desired Must be technical to work closely with IT for functions related to IT Compliance Must be able to think and plan strategically even when presented with ambiguous situations and scenarios Experience in self-assessments to align with regulatory requirements Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive Strong interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders and engaging teams Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
