On site: for this position is required to be on site every day
What you will do (responsabilities):
Lead a factory department autonomously and strategically (production, maintenance, quality, safety, and productivity)
Contribute to the launch of high-quality products
Implement and ensure the effectiveness of Lean Manufacturing systems
Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Solve complex problems with autonomy and initiative, involving different areas of the organization
Interact closely with manufacturing engineering, product engineering, and other company areas, ensuring the manufacturing
Location: Gravataí/RS
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering will be a diferential)
English advanced (mandatory)
Previous experience in Manufacturing area
Previous Formal Leadership Experience (mandatory)
Availability to work at Gravataí plant

This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
