The Graphic Specialist role within the Artwork Production team focuses on executing design development in alignment with brand vision. This position involves producing digital templates and graphic adaptations while ensuring quality and consistency across various product forms. A strong collaborator, the Graphic Specialist works closely with design leaders and other specialists, managing asset libraries and overseeing the approval process for digital templates.

This role requires a fundamental understanding of design and brand identity, combined with a deep understanding of graphic file construction.

Job Qualifications

Education:Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent degree or experience in graphic design is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:3 or more years of experience.Proficiency in graphic design tools.Solid understanding of brand identity and design principles.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$92,700
