\nWhy does this role exist?This role exists to consistently produce on-brand visuals that power the client’s marketing, social media, and e-commerce initiatives. By owning day-to-day design needs, the Graphic Designer will increase speed-to-market, maintain brand consistency, and support campaign execution across platforms. The objective is to elevate visual storytelling for women’s apparel, drive engagement, and support sales with high-quality, timely assets.

The Impact you’ll makeBrand-Aligned Visual Design\nDesign social media graphics, ads, emails, website banners, product spotlights, and presentation decks/lookbooks\nCreate campaign collateral and evergreen templates aligned with brand guidelines\nAdapt concepts across multiple sizes/formats and platforms while preserving visual hierarchy\n\n
Asset Enhancement and Iteration\n\nEdit and enhance existing designs; retouch product images, apply color corrections, and optimize for clarity and impact\nProduce variations for A/B testing and channel-specific use\nIncorporate feedback quickly and accurately to meet deadlines\n\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\nTranslate briefs from marketing/e-commerce teams into clear design executions\nClarify requirements, align on timelines, and communicate progress and blockers proactively\nParticipate in reviews, accept feedback constructively, and iterate efficiently\n\n
Brand Consistency and Standards\n\nMaintain typography, color palettes, and visual standards across all assets\nBuild and update templates, style guides, and asset libraries to ensure consistency\nQuality-check assets across devices/platforms and ensure export specs are correct\n\n
File and Workflow Management\n\nOrganize and maintain design files, naming conventions, and version control within shared drives\nPrioritize multiple requests, manage queue, and deliver against agreed SLAs\nPrepare production-ready files and handoffs for internal use and publishing\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nDirect, recent experience designing for women’s apparel brands or retailers (non-negotiable)\n2+ years as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Design VA producing digital marketing assets\nStrong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator is a plus\nPortfolio showcasing social media graphics and marketing collateral with clear brand alignment\nReliable home office setup and internet; available Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical: Canva, Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator; file prep/exports, image retouching, asset optimization; platform specs for major social channels\nDesign fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and basic branding principles\nE-commerce/fashion: understanding of women’s apparel trends, merchandising moments, and visuals that drive clicks and conversions\nWays of working: impeccable attention to detail, strong time management, ability to follow instructions and accept feedback, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving\nNice to have: basic video/motion graphics for reels/stories, familiarity collaborating with marketing/content teams\nYou should apply if...\nYou’re fashion-savvy and love translating trends into clean, on-brand visuals for women’s apparel\nYou thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can manage multiple deadlines at once\nYou’re coachable, receptive to feedback, and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality\nYou take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly, and deliver reliably during Pacific Time hours\n\nWhat to expect...
